Shipping
We ship Worldwide. All orders are shipped from Copenhagen (Denmark)
Delivery times shipping (expected):
Denmark: 2-4 business days
Europe: 3-5 business days
USA 5-8 business days
If you choose to have your personal initials on a product, the delivery time is still like above.
Delivery costs
DK shipping is free.
Europe: Shipping is 12 EUR for pick up in and business, home delivery is 15 EUR. Free shipping on orders over 120 EUR. Possible to choose express delivery (day to day) for 20 EUR.
For the rest of the World shipping cost 20 euros.
Shipping costs will be shown in your cart upon checkout.
We ship all our items with a tracking number, which allows tracking of the package in case of problems. The goods are insured during the shipment. Upon receipt, please check the contents of the package. If the package or contents are damaged, when you receive the package, please report this to the courier immediately, no later than 2 days after receipt and return the item to us afterwards. Nomad CPH is not responsible for goods damaged during transport.
Claims
All products are subject to the purchasing law rules of 24 months’ right of complaint. This warranty means that a customer can complain about defects occurred within 24 months from the date of purchase. The warranty will not cover defects caused by wear and tear or by improper use.
Occasionally things do go wrong and you may want to get in touch with us. In case of claims, defects or absent delivery please contact us at hello@nomadcph.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Nomad CPH will not be covering delivery costs relating to claims.
Privacy
Nomad CPH understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. Therefore, Nomad CPH will not disclose information about our customers to a third party unless necessary to implement a transaction. Nomad CPH will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.
